The staff of Locanda Pitti were helpful in every way--from providing advice on places to go to arranging a cab to the airport. This small Italian style classic hotel was clean, the room and bathroom were very large, and the bathroom was modern. The room had a small fridge, Netflix service on the TV and a nice lobby. The rooms are 1 flight off the first floor and the hotel is easy to get into via key codes. The hotel is well located for museums, shops, restaurants and touring center Florence.
