And if you’d like, why not simply sit on the balustrade that runs along two sides of the apartment? Here, you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine, or a good book “in the front row” of nature, all while still having a peaceful retreat and plenty of privacy.
Children and dogs are very welcome here, and there’s plenty of space for your gear.

offers a breathtaking view of the marsh pond—a perfect place to relax! It features modern furnishings and is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi so you can feel completely at home. Access to your vacation rental is directly through the Pond Room.
Enjoy the unique view outdoors as well: In front of the large panoramic window and on the terrace, a bench and garden chairs invite you to experience nature to the fullest.
The Gray Room
Welcome to our Gray Room—a true master of transformation! The cozy sleeper sofa can be transformed into a comfortable double bed in just a few simple steps and offers two people—whether children or visiting friends—a wonderfully restful place to sleep.
Storage is also taken care of: A stylish dresser and hanging racks lovingly built by the host himself provide ample storage space and highlight the room’s special charm.
And best of all: From here, you also have direct access to the balcony—perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

The Green Room
is a stylish bedroom with two generous beds, a spacious closet, and practical wall shelves featuring a small vacation library. Here, too, you can step right outside and enjoy nature.
The kitchen
has everything you could want and ensures a relaxing stay. With a refrigerator and freezer, oven, induction stove, and dishwasher, cooking and cleaning up are a pleasure. A coffee maker, espresso pots, a milk frother, and a toaster are also provided, along with a basic selection of spices, vinegar, and olive oil. We source our olive oil directly from Italy, and you’ll find the contact information for our supplier—whom we met in person while traveling—in the apartment. Dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and everything else you need for cleaning are also provided.
The bathroom
with its two sinks and spacious shower offers everything you need to start the day refreshed or wind down for the night.
Hand towels and bath towels for all guests will be provided upon your arrival.
