Details: Our apartment, completely renovated, is a pleasant bright 2-room apartment with a large terrace of 14 m2 with unobstructed views to the sea and the swimming pool. It is located on the second floor with elevator of a high-end secure residence with infinity pool (3 depths), in a quiet area of Juan les Pins, famous seaside resort of Antibes.

The apartment is fully equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber), air-conditioned, and has a large private parking space in the basement.

You will have a pleasant air-conditioned living space with a living room equipped with a sofa bed (comfortable Bultex mattress 130x190), a Smart TV, a dining table with 4 chairs. The accommodations are ideal for a family with 2 children, or 3 adults.

The large air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a 140x190 double bed, a Smart TV and storage.

The bedroom and living area open onto the terrace.

The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge with freezer, a microwave, induction hob (3 burners), a dishwasher, a Tassimo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the necessary crockery.

The large terrace area is equipped with an electric awning, a large table with 4 garden chairs and 2 deckchairs.

You have a bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer, towel dryer, but also a mini-ironing board with iron, a vacuum cleaner and a mop with tank.

Put your car in the basement with your large private space (essential in the region) and then everything is within walking distance...

Beach on foot (difficult to be closer to the sea) and swimming pool in the residence.

However, you can also go for a walk and swim in Golfe Juan, 800 meters walk away from the beach, or at the large beach of Juan les Pins on the other side.

All amenities are at the foot of the residence: supermarket, bakery, shops, restaurants, laundromat (the accommodations are equipped with a washing machine), doctors' surgeries, beauty salons... and the festive atmosphere of Juan les Pins just a few minutes' walk away while being housed in a quiet area.

The residence is fully secured.

If you wish to benefit from kits (at an additional cost) please keep us informed so that we can reserve them with our service provider. The current rate is €40 including VAT for 2 people using the room and €80 including VAT for 3 or 4 people using the sofa bed in the main room. Price for the entire stay.
