A 50-meter living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, opening onto an 80-meter decked terrace, fully furnished and offering ocean views. 2 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub and the other with 2 showers. 800 meters from downtown. High-quality appliances. Cozy decor in a bright apartment. Three balconies and an 80-meter terrace offer a beautiful view of the sea as well as the Sintra mountains and its palace. The entire home is available to our guests. The key is inside a safe. The apartment is located across from Praia do Sul; it’s just 50 meters to the beach. Parking is available in the building’s courtyard and on the street next to it. The building is a residential complex where several families live, so we consider compliance with noise regulations to be essential and non-negotiable.
