Our charming 57-square-meter vacation apartment welcomes you with a cozy kitchen complete with a dining area and features an inviting living room equipped with a sleeper sofa and a convenient fold-down bed—ideal for use as both a living and sleeping area. A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed ensures restful nights, while the hallway provides easy access to all rooms. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet. The south-facing, partially covered balcony invites you to linger and relax in any weather—a perfect place to wind down at the end of the day. This apartment is located on the first floor. Our house, with its beautiful vacation apartments, is situated in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Alertshausen (approx. 13 km from Bad Berleburg), on a south-facing slope of the Rothaar Mountains, right next to the forest. The magnificent location of our comfortably furnished vacation apartment, the Rosengarten Vacation Home, as well as the peace and quiet, are consistently praised by our guests of all ages. You can relax comfortably on our quiet outdoor seating area, located 10 meters from the house, which features a garden shed and a grill. A ping-pong table, large trampoline, swings, and a slide are available; we also have a play tower with a pirate ship, and the nearby playground features a aerial cableway and many other play structures where children can play to their heart’s content. A lockable shelter is available for bicycles. You can also rent bicycles from us. Free parking is available directly across from the entrance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A travel crib can be provided upon request.
