About this apartment rental
This spacious vacation rental offers plenty of room and comfort for families or groups across 97 square meters: a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, and another bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children or friends. Two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets provide additional comfort, while the hallway conveniently connects all the rooms. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and offers a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying peaceful moments outdoors. This apartment is located on the upper floor. Our house, with its beautiful vacation apartments, is situated in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Alertshausen (approx. 13 km from Bad Berleburg), on a south-facing slope of the Rothaar Mountains, right next to the forest. The magnificent location of our comfortably furnished vacation apartment, the Rosengarten vacation home, as well as the peace and quiet, are consistently praised by our guests of all ages. You can relax comfortably on our secluded outdoor seating area, located 10 meters from the house, which features a garden shed and a grill. A ping-pong table, large trampoline, swings, and a slide are available; we also have a play tower with a pirate ship, and the nearby playground features a zip line and many other play structures where children can play to their heart’s content. A lockable shelter is available for bicycles. You can also rent bicycles from us. Free parking is available directly across from the entrance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A travel crib can be provided upon request.
