Located in a secure and wooded residence in La Motte (Var), it welcomes up to 4 travelers, baby included, with air conditioning, private garden, private parking and a beautiful swimming pool within the residence.

• Private garden without vis-à-vis with garden furniture, plancha, barbecue and sunbeds
• Swimming pool 18 x 8 m in the residence (open from May 1st to September 30th)
• A private parking space in the residence
• Departure points for walks in the immediate vicinity
• Domaine de Saint-Endréol at 50 m (golf course, spa and restaurant open all year round)

• Living room with dining area, TV and fully equipped kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer)
• Modern bathroom with extra-flat shower, heated towel rail and WC
• A bedroom on the first floor with double bed (140 × 190)
• A second bedroom on the mezzanine with double bed (140 × 190). Important information: access to the mezzanine is via a slightly steep staircase, to be taken into account according to your habits.
Sheets, towels and beds made on arrival included to travel light.
