Um dos melhores lugares que já estive!
A gerência do hostel é composta por pessoas prestativas, simpáticas e atenciosas para com seus hóspedes! O hostel é localizado dentro da old town de Tallinn, então todos os pontos turísticos são muito próximos, o que é excelente. Inclusive, pela localização, os carros de aplicativo não chegam na porta do hostel, mas próximo o suficiente para isso não ser um problema (questão de 3 minutos de distância, nada demais).
Os banheiros (2 sanitários e 3 boxes) estão sempre muito limpos e não há filas para usá-los. Não utilizei a cozinha, mas pelo o que me foi mostrado ela é muito bem equipada.
O quarto em si é extremamente confortável, desde a cama até o aquecedor. As toalhas são trocadas e o quarto é limpo, acredito que em dias intercalados. Sobre barulho, não foi algo que interferiu na minha estadia. De fato há um comércio ao redor (restaurantes e bares) que acaba gerando um certo barulho, mas nada que não seja abafado pela janela fechada.
A recepção não é 24h. No caso de precisar de algo (como check-in ou check-out), basta ligar para o número disponibilizado na recepção que logo em seguida será atendido.
Posso resumir a minha experiência no Zinc Old Town Hostel como perfeita e eu recomendo para todos que possuem interesse em visitar Tallinn! :)

Mina ööbisin privaatses toas. Selle, kui ka üldruumide puhtus ületas minu ootusi. Tuba oli soe, hubane ja voodi väga mugav ja puhas. Ja rätik oli hinna sees ;) Tegu polnud küll täiesti vaikse hosteliga, sest alumiste korruste baaridest oli kosta helisid ja seda eriti nädalavahetusel, kui mina peatusin. Aga sellegi poolest pean seda hostelit väärt peatumiskohaks.

Top lage in der Altstadt, 5 - 10 min zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn, Linie 4 fahrt direkt zum Airport.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereites Personal.
Gut ausgestattete Küche zur Selbstbedienung, Kaffee und Tee frei.
Eine Möglichleit die Trink-Wasserflasche aufzufüllen ist in anderen Ländern üblich, hier leider nicht.

The location is very central with easy walking to the Train Station & the Market (a little more complicated to get to the Bus Station, via the tram). The noise level from outside wasn't a big deal for me, I sleep with ear plugs. A nice kitchen that is spacious with fridges etc. The lockers are small but workable. The room was clean. Easy to find.
An isolated event, but because others have noted it...... Some concerning "mis-communication" about my booking -- that resulted in my luggage being removed from the room, because the floor manager "thought" I had checked out -- he had forgotten that I had booked two nights & even though I had chained my bag to my bunk, it was removed! ... sooooooo.... fortunately I wasn't out late that night, so I could retrieve my belongings, but it did fuel my anxiety because I had to leave very early the next morning. I would have given Zinc Hostel a higher score, if this had not happened.
