Bed bugs in the bed

Location

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We found bugs that appeared to be bedbugs in the bed, raising serious hygiene concerns. No guest should have to deal with this or worry about bringing bedbugs home in their luggage. The management must take immediate professional action to prevent this from happening to others. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this accommodation. One of the guest from room nr 4 Miloš Stambolic

A wonderful stay in our favorite city!

Walkable to city center, on local bus routes

A common living room would have been nice, but our group of 9 was able to gather in the large kitchen

This property is a severe health hazard. Save your money, protect your health, and book elsewhere.

The location was pleasant, with shops within walking distance. The property manager was quick to respond on WhatsApp.

WARNING: Active Bed Bug Infestation & Unacceptable Host Response Do not book this property. Our group of 10 had our entire trip ruined by an active bed bug infestation and a host who refused to take appropriate responsibility. We paid over 1,200 Euros for a 2-night stay and were left entirely unprotected. Here are the exact facts of our stay: Night 1 (Room 4): We discovered bed bugs in Room 4. The host’s immediate solution was to offer to move only 4 out of our 10 guests to a separate location, effectively splitting up our party. Instead of professionally treating the property, he sent a single individual with a steam cleaner to treat the infested room. The Compromise: To keep our group safe and together, we completely locked down Room 4, left it empty, and crammed our remaining guests into the other rooms. Morning 2 (Different Room): Despite isolating Room 4, a completely different guest woke up the next morning in Room 3, covered in bed bug bites. This proves the infestation is widespread throughout the property and not contained to one area. Compensation & Resolution: To be clear, I was not looking for a free trip or demanding a full refund. I simply expected responsible and fair compensation that reflected the severe safety hazards, the loss of usable space, and the massive disruption to our vacation. Instead, after paying over 1,200 Euros, the host and Booking.com offered only an insulting 100 Euro refund for an experience that forced us to sleep in infested conditions and scramble to protect our belongings.

Struttura grande e accogliente, in posizione strategica.
