Awesome place. But no way of complaining about loud music at night unless you get out of bed and go to lobby.

Great location. Great place. Amazing pools and great host.

The noise coming thru the walls. I can hear people talking. And loud music past 1am. Nothing against the place. The place was amazing. Also the doors not sealed. Wind would come and whistle from patio door and front door. No way of letting front desk know about late music unless you get out of bed and go to lobby. Would of thought staff would catch loud music past 10 and as late as 1am

Will be back to the resort, would NOT rent this particular condo again.

Great location, clean, amazing views.

SOME MAJOR ISSUES - -THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE HOUSE LIKE THE LISTING STATES! This is a room that is connected by a conjoining door to another condo. You can very clearly hear everything going on in the other condo. The cracks between the doors are so large that you can see into the other condo!! Lying in the bed closest to the front door, you can see through the conjoining door - if you can se/hear them, they can see/hear you! Very noisy and light leaks into your room from adjoining condo. - Wi-Fi inconsistent, so tv would not work, possibly due to construction - Dirty coffee maker and no filters provided - Lazy River at resort, but no where to get tubes and this host/room does not provide them either. They provide beach towels, but threaten you with a $40 fee if one goes missing - Host did not provide the key code before check in, stated we would receive everything we needed from the front desk, including wrist bands they would give us access to the property. After checking in at the front desk, and walking up to our room with the check in attendant whom was helping with our luggage, we were told the host should have provided a key code so that we could get into the room and that the barcode on our wristbands were not room access. After looking through all correspondence, we could not find one. I had to email the host, letting them know we were waiting outside of the room and were not able to get in without a key code. They responded with “I will provide a key code after double checking that the room is ready for check in” I responded with, we’re already checked in and waiting outside of the room! We had to wait outside of the door, in 101 heat and 70% humidity, for 20 minutes with our luggage before receiving the key code to get inside.

The property is cleaned and new. My family enjoyed the pool and the fact that the beach was walking distance was a bonus

Will be back.

I liked how close to the beach the property was. Also enjoyed the pool and the gym.

I didn’t like that there was no laundromat available in the property. Had to go to a local laundromat which was an inconvenience. Also, the room didn’t have a trash can besides the one in the restroom.
