The hotel has very friendly staff and always available for support/suggestions. Extremely convenient to transportation, shopping, eateries, and short walk to VinWonders. The room was spacious and the staff offered early check in, which was great after a long flight. They even offered baggage service which was great with our late flight back home.
Shower water would leak out from under the door which caused puddles after bathing, but nothing that we couldn’t fix without wringing with a towel. The bed/pillows were a bit stiff, however there were tons of massage spas down the street that helped with that.

"What I really liked about my stay at Win House Hotel was the excellent location it’s right on the main road and just about 1 km from VinWonders and VinWonders Safari, making everything very accessible..."
