Room was excellent. Bath, fridge and kitchen area really appreciated in a small room. Really efficient with key code for door and reception area open 24hrs - although please note that the super friendly and helpful staff worked 9 to 6. Towels and other items self-service in reception. Gotanda is a great place within minutes of Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku on the metro. Lots of shops snd food options. Everywhere very clean as is the Japanese standard. Loved it.
Nothing. Great stay.

Location was easy to find and access.
Extremely small room, which is typical of Tokyo, but it felt slightly run down. The “small double room” was extremely small. In my view it would be a lot more comfortable as a single room, especially for foreigners who may be travelling with suitcases. We could barely open ours fully. Bathroom was also tiny and the toilet seat was wobbly (broken?)
