ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
Nothing it was disgusting
Wrong key code given and no answer from host to get in luckily we changed the last digit to get in
Disgusting dirty flat
Black hairs everywhere
Dirty towels left in bathroom my fiance mistakenly used
Cracked shower floor
No bedding for the stained sofa bed
Dirty building with slag written in corridor
Clearly someone lives here but should not be renting on Booking.com strike them off SHAME ON THEM

Within the property it was clean.
Arrived and no power in the property, and I had to spend over an hour myself sorting this issue and going to the communal electrical riser to reset the meter to get power on.
Tv in lounge didn't work but was resting on sharp knives, and luckily, my children told me and didn't actually touch the kitchen knives used to property up a broken/non working tv
No WiFi and at £89.10 for night that is not a good standard
No bin bags and toilet rolls, so once arrived with all the electrical problems, I had to go shop to get basics too.
I booked for 1 adult 2 children and no bedding was left for me to make a bed for the children, I made do with a few fitted sheets i found just to create a bed for my son. I did message this and they did get bedsheets dropped down after 21:20.
The communal area was filthy, food rubbish, and broken glass in the corridor. Smashed front door to building, and the glass looks ready to fall out when touched. Also have a gang of teenagers not living in the block all smoking, shouting and playing about with nobody to deal with this.
The street and communal are so loud filled with smokers and drunks. Also I picked somewhere that was for family with children on my booking and a restaurant downstairs played music loud and party to 2am. Nothing on the advertisement warns that it's a club noise below the flat.
I spent the time sorting issues, disputing the fact I want a refund and only being offered a partial refund and discount on next stay. Sorry but this experience and customer care i won't be staying again here.

Disappointing stay
Convenient location
Host changed the room on the day of the booking. Check-in details were sent late and not proactively. Key was missing so we had to wait an extra 30mins locked outside of the flat.
