Be aware of scam, the host charge deposit for fake reasons.
Bypass the side of this apartment and the management of the company. The accommodation requires deposit in 500 EUR, which is described and condition. But only after booking, when you cannot cancel, you will get notification that the deposit should be made via 3-d party platform, which doesn’t accept the credit cards from some countries, so if you have cards from one of them - you won’t be able to make deposit.
To get the keys to this appartment of scams, you will need to pass a quest by finding another door in another part of the neighborhood. Bur that is not the worst thing.
We spent in appartment one night, cleaned up everything after us, and didn’t damage anything. When the cleaning lady came, we gave her keys and checked out.
But what was the surprise, when the next day I got an email that the host charged 160 euros from my deposit without any explanation.
They answered only one time that we did something with the sofa, without providing any proofs,and that was definitely a fake.
The booking.com didn’t help in anyway, they said that they cannot do anything with third-party platform to get our money back and they are very sorry.
So in conclusion, if you don’t want to spoil your holiday, don’t book this scammer’s apartment. Booking won’t help you, they are not responsible for scammers on their platform.

A FUIR
Le logement est bien situé, mais mon expérience a malheureusement été très décevante. J’ai eu des difficultés à trouver les clés et à accéder au logement à mon arrivée. De plus, le propriétaire est très difficilement joignable.
Après mon séjour, mon dépôt de garantie de 500 € a été intégralement encaissé pour des frais et des dégradations que je conteste. Malgré mes nombreuses tentatives de contact, le propriétaire ne répond désormais plus à mes appels ni à mes messages, et reste également sans réponse aux sollicitations du service client de Booking.com.
Propriétaire malhonnête mais j’ai fais les démarches nécessaires pour faire valoir mes droits et obtenir des explications (Booking et Signalconso), et je compte poursuivre mes démarches jusqu’à ce que cette situation soit résolue. Je ne laisserai pas ce litige sans suite.
Je conseille donc aux futurs voyageurs de FUIR.
