The flat itself was great - spacious, spotless, well appointed and with a very comfortable bed. The upstairs panoramic terrace, accessed by a spiral staircase was amazing - large with a variety of chairs and loungers and a covered section with a table and chairs. I had a short stay so did not use it much but it would have been perfect for a longer stay and with more people. The flat location for me was fine as I walked a lot and also used buses from the nearby rail station.
Om arrival, my instructions sent to me in the form of a video instructed me to ring bell no 22 on arrival and I would be given remote access. This did not happen in spite of ringing the bell a number of times. The flat was then accessed via a keybox.
The wifi code - a very long one - was handwritten on a sheet of laminated paper. This did not work so I contacted the agent who confirmed the code. This was actually different from the one in the flat! How previous guests had managed I had no idea! I inserted the correct code which connected me to the wifi but with no internet. I contacted the agent again and was told to switch off the router, leave it and switch it back on. This I did with no success. The messages back and forth continued but I still got no internet. The agent eventually said that he would need to contact the owner as access to the flat would be needed. This did not happen during my stay. This was hugely inconvenient because in addition, I could not access my mobile date either, other than at times from one spot on the terrace. I would suggest this is clarified before anyone else books this flat.

Велика простора квартира прям біля вокзалу з усім необхідним для перебування там. Основна перевага розташування біля вокзалу прям над автомагісталлю та жд коліями створує основну проблему – шум з вулиці не зупиняється навіть вночі, а місто дуже шумне, дуже.
Розташування понад дорогою і звукоізоляція.
