Hervorragende Lage.
Der Betreiber / Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, schnell mit vorgefertigten Antworten und außerordentlich inkompetent. Die Zahlungsabwicklung für die Kaution ist irreführend bis dubios. Meine Anreise erfolgte spät nachts, was ich mehrfach gemeldet habe. Der Laden, in dem der Schlüssel auflag hatte aber nur bis 23:00h geöffnet - worauf ich hingewiesen habe. Ich erhielt schnell und freundlich die Auskunft, ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen, das Team sei informiert. Das Ergebnis war eine Stunde in Kensington rumzulaufen um den Schlüssel zu kriegen.

Appartement grand et confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse. Les jeux Nintendo ont été apprécié. Une table a été ajoutée dans le salon ce qui est confortable pour deux. Le quartier est top on peut aller à pied au musée d’histoire naturelle et en marchant dix minutes on arrive à Hyde Park et à deux pas du métro
La fenêtre de la chambre parentale était ouverte la première nuit à cause de l’air conditionné et la rue la nuit est extrêmement bruyante. Heureusement nous avons fermé la deuxième nuit et c’était plus calme heureusement

Appartement propre, cuisine bien équipée, lave-linge et étendoir chauffant. Douche spacieuse et ventilation efficace. Petite épicerie de base disponible. 2 chambres séparées + 1 salon + 1 cuisine
3e étage sans ascenseur avec des marches hautes et peu profondes.
Les fenêtres - anciennes- qui n’isolent pas grand chose. Dans la cuisine, la partie haute de la fenêtre descendait d’ailleurs toute seule … et ça n’a pas été facile de la rebloquer.
Les poêles en Téflon commencent à être rayées. J’aurais aussi apprécié avoir une véritable table pour manger à 3.
Enfin, peut être est-ce propre à Londres, mais je n’ai trouvé aucune indication pour le tri sélectif !

Great location, couldn't be more central.
Park was 3 minutes away, museums super close.
Comfy bed, the Nintendo emulator was a good surprise.
Kitchen facilities were great if you want to cook or eat.
Really unprofessional check in and check out experience. Even though I said I arrive at midnight with kids and I want to be as smooth as possible and they confirmed this is ok, they left the keys at a store that closes at 23:00. I noticed it myself and last minute asked them to leave them to another shop 10 minutes away which I had to walk to in the middle of the night. If I hadn't noticed I'd be stranded in the middle of the night with small kids in the cold. Check out was the same, the code didn't work and I lost an hour in emails and phone calls until they sorted it out, I almost missed my flight.
The kitchen window was left open when we arrived and the house was frozen. It was stuck and we couldn't close it. The whole building had scaffolding so having an open window and a stair outside didn't feel safe at all, plus it took hours for the flat to warm up. Someone came to fix it the next afternoon.
We had 0 warning that there was scaffolding around the whole building, you couldn't see any view from any windows and there were workers just outside the living room working all day while we were there.
Completely inflexible hosting: stricter than a hotel with 10+ rules with 0 of the amenities of an Airbnb. Toiletries and shampoo ran out in 2 days, apartment provided the bare minimum.
4th floor is not a joke, there are a lot of stairs. Even from the front door of the flat there are stairs to get to the apartment.
Shower is great but toilet is separate in a tiny room, if you are bigger than normal fitting in might be an issue.
Communication was done only with emails with a company and when I told them about they window problem they didn't take it up with the host, instead they gave me another email and told me to contact him myself.
