We very much enjoyed Prague but next time would def spend the extra money and get something bigger.

The location was good. Close to public transport.

-The pictures of the apartment did not accurately depict the size of the area. It was much smaller. -We requested a cot for our baby but there was not one made available for the first night of our stay. It was only when I complained that one was arranged for our use. -The upstairs bathroom had a disgusting smell coming from it & it seemed as though it was a known issue because there were multiple air freshener products sitting in the room.

5 / 10

Spacious and close to city center. 2nd bathroom is very smelly and needs some major work,

House was very spacious and clean. Close to the metro.

The bathrooms were not so clean. The second bathroom on first floor was very smelly. The odor was of some mold and it was really bad. May be because of the faulty plumbing. We hardly used the bathroom. There was not enough lighting in the kitchen. There was only 1 dustbin in the house that to in kitchen. No dustbins in both the bathrooms. Address mentioned in the booking.com is different then what was provided by the host. So that needs to be corrected by the host in the property listing.

Title: An extremely disappointing experience—the reality does not match the listing at all!Air Conditioning: The listing claims there is AC, but in reality, there are only fans. The room was extremely hot and unbearable.Financial Policy: The staff demanded an undocumented extra fee for early check-in at 10:00 AM outside of the Booking.com platform, which was never mentioned in the booking terms. This is a direct violation of reservation policies.Communication Issues: The property completely refused to communicate through the official Booking.com chat and insisted on using only WhatsApp. When we requested to keep the conversation on the platform, they claimed they "did not have access to the system at the moment."Parking: The hotel advertises "free parking," but upon arrival, they told us to find a spot on the public street (the white line). This is complete customer deception.Building & Elevator: The building is old and poorly maintained. Worse, the elevator does not go directly to the room's floor; you have to get off on a different floor and carry your luggage up the stairs. The Room: The layout and design of the room are very strange and completely uncomfortable to stay in.
