Beautiful location, plenty of parking. The main home was comfortable and cozy . The second unit was a bit awkward and the one light in the downstairs game room did not work so very dark
That the bedrooms were situated in two separate structures. We would have liked to have all the bedrooms in one place. The hot tub water was a neon green/yellow so we did not use even tho we were assured it was safe - this was one of the features we were really looking forward to so not having use of a hot tub was a big disappointment. The outdoor lighting was inadequate so traveling between the main house and garage unit at night was difficult as no outdoor lighting in that area. There was a small unmarked step down between the sidewalk coming from the main house and parking area that several tripped on - no one fell but very easily could have been hurt. The home could use cosmetic repairs and paint esp stairwell in main house
