The flat is well located with only a 7-10 min walk to the nearest tube station. Both rooms had an air con and a smart TV. each room had a dressing table and loads of closet space with a chair. the kitchen has an oven and stove top. 50/50 fridge freezer and Microwave. Did not use the coffee machine, and has a kettle. separate toilet from bathroom. shower over the bath, and washing machine. lovely sitting on the balcony in the mornings. Spar close by, on way to spar there is a little food place FLeck where you can grab a good cheap meal. cut though the spar "walkway" takes you straight to tube station Semmelweis Klinikák. at the station you can purchase tickets on outside of station. "remember 65 and over travel FREE "tube, tram, bus!" in Budapest just need to show license or passport.
with no couch you end up sitting on the bed all the time. beds are firm. one pot and pan in kitchen, odd number of mug for coffee. water spays everywhere when you shower.

Location, host, easy to enter, peaceful and quiet.
Generally the floors were dusty, and the kitchen wasn’t in the best shape. Kettle was dirty and coffee machine needed descaling. we were not able to use it :(
