Very nice room and confortable stay.
The amenities were very good and was very clean. Provide cold/warm water and tea in the kitchen, small sample of toiletries in the bedroom.
Did not meet anyone (self checkin/checkout)
Location is not in a touristy area, but easily walkable to the metro (Seodaemun, line 5). Looked like a residential area, and I didn't felt unsafe as a solo women during the night.
A customer couldn't open the front door and knocked very loudly for a very long time (you'll get the door code by email) so note that there are nobody onsite if needed.
Also taking the bus from Seoul KTX station was quite difficult and took over an hour due to traffic while it's not far, wouldn't recommend to arrive like that.

Good quiet location with bus stop and subway station nearby. Really easy self check-in/out. Free coffee, water and toast.
The room was super small with absolutely no space to unpack my things.
There only was a really tiny window which looked out into a backalley.
Now the main problem: The room becomes absurdly hot (i think there was floor heating on all the time which could not be controlled in the room). I visited in winter, it was -5°C outside, and i had to run the AC constantly to cool the room down. I was not able to sleep well, because the room temp would reach 26°C after staying in the room for one or two hours.
Because of the size of the room the AC is right above the bed and blows you in the face all the time. This sadly made my stay a bit uncomfortable.
