Terrible experience
The place is good and near to lalaport mall
It was terrible, we were tired from a long drive from singapore. Host took too long to reply us and give exact details of check in. Reached at 8.30PM, however still needed to wait 20mins as there was a miscomm w the staff and host as the key couldnt be found.
Upon collecting keys, we were given a wrong carpark lot no. Mind you, the carpark is crazy w too many floor levels, will take u at least 15mins to drive up your lot. Nvm, have to wait again for host to reply our correct lot.
Finally reached our front door, but couldnt get in, the door lock is so complicated to open, we were sweating outside, took us another 15mins to unlock the door.
And finally, we managed to get in at 9.50PM, whilst we reached at 8.30PM. Terrible process.
That aside, we thought it was over and we can finally rest.
Went to the toilet and there were pee stains on the toilet bowl. There were eyelashes stuck on the toilet table. The floor was def dirty.
I had to wash off the whole entire toilet, and the pee stain def came off.
Ergh. And then, checking the below mattress, there were hair and yellow stains, it was def dirty.
The place didnt felt like it was cleaned up.
That aside, the TV WAS NOT EVEN WORKING.
Our weekend just blew up and felt like !&@%@^.
We couldnt continue our stay the next day and booked elsewhere, and asked for refund, although it was mentioned it has been initiated, its already 2 months now and i havent received my 1 night refund that i did not proceed to stay. Im so speechless.
