Perfect location but...
Spacious, quiet, well-equipped apartment - but...
Before arrival, you ask how the heating is arranged - whether it is electric (direct heating) and will therefore be charged separately together with electricity, or is it included in the basic price. Answer: included in the basic price. Upon arrival, you find out that there are only direct heating in the apartment, so it will be included in the electricity bill. Information about the location of the electricity meters is missing, they are not in the apartment. No one responds to the question in the online questionnaire, which you fill out immediately after arrival. When you call the number listed on the welcome form on the table, you find out that it is a cleaning company that claims that there are no electricity meters in the house. When visiting the Dancenter branch (3rd day after arrival, we arrived on Saturday evening), you will learn that they are in the entrance to another apartment…
The apartment is not cleaned – clumps of dust in the closet, chips next to the couch on the carpet, clogged drain in the shower, wardrobe in one room occupied by various things = unusable…
When you want to resolve the situation that has arisen after departure (wrong information about heating, mess…), you will learn, for example, that you were supposed to resolve the mess and the question about heating within 24 hours after arrival (and the completed form in the evening after arrival is what...?), they throw you around like a hot potato, after two weeks the last message is that they will call within a week, but after another 2 weeks silence. They want €155 for cleaning – for what? I don't know why I can't add photos to this review...
