For two people the two bedroom apartment was spacious. We enjoyed the view of Port Phillip Bay and the end of Albert Park Lake from the balcony and main bedroom. It was fairly easy to get to Albert Park Lake, even in a wheelchair - just a short walk up Queens Road to the lights.
The apartment was poorly provisioned in terms of things like washing up liquid, soap, paper towelling, washing powder/liquid, etc., with only 1-2 days of provisions provided (we stayed 6 nights). The wardrobes have stacks of hanging space (with plenty of coat-hangers), but the only shelves/cupboard is a high shelf in the wardrobes. The only place to put suitcases in the bedrooms is in the wardrobes. Neither the bedrooms nor the shower-room are wheelchair accessible - with our chair not even fitting through the bathroom door. Queens Road is very busy and noisy, making it less pleasant to sit on the balcony.

Nice to have a base to be while there for a trade show. Was nice and close to our event and peaceful. I would recommend if not looking for a serviced stay.
I found the key collection process a bit like a treasure hunt.

A very quiet two-bedroom apartment on the 12th floor (top) with gated access to the car park. Felt very safe. Has been built to a high standard and is maintained well. Has a comfortable spacious lounge room with a balcony that looked out across to the bay. Beds were very comfortable with room to hang away your belongings and place your suitcase away.
Loved our stay and will return.

Location good but key lock device disappointing. We were given the wrong street name. It was a surgery visit and there was enough bookwork to do for that without all the emails for accommodation.
Proper address, key lock, right address would have been handy
