Location , modern and snazzy
Little attention to details . Like dirty glasses and utilities in the room

The room was very very comfortable, and the staff kindly honored my request for a room with a window with a view.
The decor of the main hallway is sexist -- big blowups of 3 women's faces, a version of blonde-brunett-redhead--- looking pouty and sexy. Geesh. The vibe is -- a casino vibe. Low lights, pink neon ... the receptionist is at the bar. Clearly this appeals to some group, but to me it feels icky.

The staff we dealt with were great but they clearly needed more staff available to provide a better, more speedy service for guests. The hotel foyer was very nice and breakfast room is beautiful.
Our loft room was quite plain and functional - not very comfortable and higher bed mezzanine had no table for a glass of water (and a plug socket in your sleeping space so not a great location for plugging anything in there very conveniently). There were no signs to find the stairs down to reception which we would have happily used if we could find them - no one else could find them either, - which seems like a major fire hazard to be honest! It mattered yesterday as 3 out of 4 lifts were down owing to an electric outage of some kind. Big queues and wait times to get in a lift at breakfast time.

Great location. Loft room styling a fun concept.
Lack of housekeeping and impersonal service. Overpowering fragrance in the public area. Uncomfortable seating. Dusty room and poor maintenance.
