The location is top class. It was right near all the major stores, dining areas and a short walk from the main bus interchange. Accommodation was quiet and comfortable. All amenities were of very high quality. The appliances were top notch (silent washing machine, large screen TV) and all essentials were provided (towels, blankets, detergent, dishwashing liquid, dinner ware...etc). I loved that there was a private backyard built into the property.
Also a personal shout out to Ms. Brenda and the William's property team who did their personal best and returned my macbook laptop to me, which I had accidentally left behind.

It was convenient and walkable to cbd
No parking although street parking options were slightly better than at another property where I stayed earlier in my holiday.
Only one recycle bin - was filled in a day
Not a lot of kitchen equipment. No frying pan just one saucepan and a small stockpot. Dishwasher tabs didn’t suit dishwasher dispenser.
Very noisy upstairs apartment - just walking around was like baby elephants.
Needed to move dining table and chairs every night when sofa bed in use - no clear pathway to bathroom .
Apps need to have accounts cleared or logged out. Was able to add a profile to some but then later unable to delete the profile because it was part of another account with no access.
