Filthy. I would not book here again.
A filthy apartment and an unacceptable response
We stayed here from 10 to 15 September. On arrival, there was visible dirt and debris on the floors, hair and food debris on the couch, and dust and hair on the bed and in the bathroom. This was not a minor cleaning oversight. Basic hygiene had plainly been neglected.
We photographed the condition and reported it immediately. The concierge was initially unreachable. When they eventually responded, they asked for photos, but the apartment was only cleaned the following day. Guests should not have to spend their holiday documenting filth and chasing someone to provide the clean accommodation they already paid for.
The property apologised and promised a goodwill gesture. Booking.com later told us it could not reach an agreement with the accommodation and issued €67.57 in travel credits itself. The property's handling of the complaint was as disappointing as the condition of the apartment.
The attached photos show exactly what we found when we arrived, before we had used the apartment. We had simply taken our shoes off and walked in. The towels, bed, sofas and furniture were found as shown. I have additional photos documenting the condition.
Before entering, we also had to authorise a €300 security deposit, which was subsequently refunded. Being required to provide that deposit while being handed an apartment in this condition was particularly frustrating.
In my experience, the apartment looked nothing like the listing photos. It appeared worn, poorly maintained and dirty. Describing it as “new” did not reflect what we found.
Cleanliness and responsive management are basic requirements. This stay fell well short on both. I would not book here again.

Wir haben die Erdgeschossräumlichkeiten deutlich dunkler ! erlebt, als aus den Bildern ersichtlich. Die Dusche produzierte regelmässig Überschwemmungen, der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war verstoft, das Bettinlet zum selbst beziehen deutlich verschmutzt, der Kühlschrank total vereist (schlecht schliessende Tür). Sauberkeit aus unserer Sicht unterdurschnittlich. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und waren froh als der Aufenthalt vorbei war.
