Dreadful

In a good position needed assistance with boiler fixed within 30 minutes

Arrived in Torre at 18.30 actually got into property at 23.30 walked up and down for hours WRONG ADDRESS given,finally got into property after numerous calls to A & N would never ever book with this company again I want a full refund of what we paid, I am 72 years of age and was going to scatter my late husband’s ashes where we used to live, having spent hours walking up and down, getting a taxi trying to book into a hotel finally after phoning my friend who managed to get through to A & N and was given the correct address. My son went off also to find property ended up getting robbed and slept on the street so no I certainly would not book again. I have used Booking.com for years and other than Torre del Mar other than access to properties all has been good I did send a message through to you but to date have not received a reply

Olores fuertes a cañería, caldera fallaba y Demasiado caro para la calidad que tiene

Buena ubicacion

Demasiadas molestias en la estancia. Excesivamente caro (2500€ por semana) para lo que realmente es. Había problemas de olores muy fuertes a cañería y humedades, la caldera de gas falló varios días, no había bombona de gas de repuesto, el aire acondicionado goteaba en la terraza y se derramaba al vecino de abajo teniendo nosotros que vaciar una botella cada cierto tiempo.

Bien de comodo pero sucio

Localizacion

Tuvimos que barrer, estaba sucio. Salieron pelusas y pelos. Una de las habitaciones tenia dos mesitas de noche con sus lamparitas pero la habitación no tenia enchufes! Todo pura decoración. Uno de los baños tenia un rollo de papel higiénico a medio acabar. Muy cutre Podrian poner wifi

Buena ubicacion

Demasiadas molestias en la estancia. Excesivamente caro (2500€ por semana) para lo que realmente es. Había problemas de olores muy fuertes a cañería y humedades, la caldera de gas falló varios días, no había bombona de gas de repuesto, el aire acondicionado goteaba en la terraza y se derramaba al vecino de abajo teniendo nosotros que vaciar una botella cada cierto tiempo.
