Malheureusement, notre séjour a été très décevant et je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
Le jour de notre arrivée, nous sommes restés devant le complexe pendant près de **deux heures**, de **15h00 (heure officielle du check-in) jusqu'à 17h00**, avec notre enfant de 2 ans, sous une température dépassant les **35°C**. Malgré de nombreux appels aux différents numéros de l'établissement, nous étions systématiquement redirigés vers la messagerie et personne n'est venu nous accueillir ou nous assister. Finalement, c'est une dame qui sortait les poubelles par hasard qui nous a aidés à accéder à la résidence. Sans son intervention, nous serions restés dehors plus longtemps.
Une fois dans l'appartement, la déception a continué. Nous n'avons trouvé pratiquement aucun produit d'entretien : seulement un minuscule flacon de liquide vaisselle, un torchon et un seul sac-poubelle. Nous avons donc été contraints de sortir immédiatement pour acheter nous-mêmes des produits de nettoyage.
De plus, plusieurs problèmes inacceptables ont été constatés :
* Les couverts étaient sales (photos à l'appui).
* La machine à laver était sale.
* L'aspirateur était rempli de poussière et de saletés, ce qui le rendait inutilisable.
* L'appartement était poussiéreux.
* La poignée de la porte des toilettes était cassée.
* La fenêtre des toilettes ne disposait d'aucun rideau, ce qui ne respecte absolument pas l'intimité des occupants, les autres résidents pouvant voir l'intérieur.
* L'étendoir à linge était rouillé et en mauvais état.
Le deuxième jour, nous avons découvert un problème encore plus grave : **le four ne fonctionnait pas**. Pire encore, dès que l'on appuyait sur le bouton de mise en marche, **toute l'électricité de l'appartement se coupait**. Cette situation est particulièrement dangereuse. Nous disposons d'une vidéo qui démontre clairement ce dysfonctionnement.
