Everything was great! The decoration is chic, so 1920s coded, comfortable beds and really clean spaces. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Location was very near the Tahrir Square so quite easy to be found by taxis and Uber/inDrive. Overall, lovely stay! Food was also great. Egyptian/Oriental style restaurant.
While breakfast was very delicious, it lacked presentation. Out of the 3 days we stayed, there were no fruits on 2 of them. They let everything run out completely and only then refill the food, this happened with the cucumber and tomato. They should refill before it runs out completely so it doesn't look sparse or make it seem like something isn't available, because it is! This isn't a complaint, more like a tip so the food always looks abundant. That's all :)

We had an incredible stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment! The location is excellent — it is very close to the Siwa Bus Station and right in the heart of downtown, making it easy and convenient to get around and explore everything nearby.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Youssef, who was extremely kind and gave us great advice and helpful directions.
The girls at reception were absolutely amazing as well! They were so welcoming and kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated after our journey. The breakfast was also delicious and was a wonderful way to start our day.
We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The combination of the great location, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and wonderful staff made our experience truly memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Their team was very attentive and available to help. Location wasn’t so bad, good communication in the city.
Cleanliness in the room and toilet can definitely be improved. Room is extremely noisy at night, you can hear all the cars in the streets… I couldn’t sleep as I have light sleep. And breakfast has very few options of European breakfast, which can be complicated as culturally we have big cultural cuisine gap.
