The pool and entertainment was excellent. Everywhere looked clean and tidy. To be fair I could not fault it it was close to shops and sea front. Will be back again if we find it possible.
I booked a treat for my partner and was upset with the chocolates we got. The quality street box looked like it had been through the mill, it was really tatty and looked dirty.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was well cooked & very tasty. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. The evening entertainment was really good especially on the sat night ( 24th Oct).. The bar & restaurant areas were very clean & tidy.
I understand that it must cost a lot of money to update a large place like the hotel but the bedroom & bathroom really could do with an upgrade. It was very clean thou.

The food we bought at hotel was lovely breakfast was dry greasy and didn't enjoy at all
PARKING was dreadful couldn't park in tiny car park I'm disabled and had to drive round for several hrs before eventually getting a space to unpack and check in
LIFT was filthy didn't seem to ever clean it
BREAKFAST greasy and overcooked and not even hot
EVEN outside the front of hotel beer cans pizza boxes full ashtrays just left very unappealing
Would not return
