PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY.

Apartment is well equipped and maintained. Located very close to the beach.

1- Apartment is on the ground floor, front door literally opens to the street. 2- No sound insulation at all, you will hear loud and clear people walking, chatting, motor vehicles and everything going on outside, we were unable to sleep and had to move to a hotel the very next day. 3- Host’s communication is almost non existent, no one answers the number listed on booking neither by phone nor whatsapp which is supposed to be on 24/7. The agent who checked me in and was supposed to help me throughout my stay never answered my calls or replied to my messages after checking me in. Eventually I had to search for another number for the company and they ignored my request for early check out and never replied until my the night of my check out date, which seemed to me like a way to avoid refunding me for the stay. 4- They have not returned my security deposit until the time of writing this review (4 days after my booked check out date and 8 days after my actual check out date). 5- They charged a tourist tax that was more than double what I had to pay the next day at the hotel. 6- The bed is small and uncomfortable, the blanket is thin and barely covers two people. 7- An extremely loud and noisy ventilation fan inside the apartment runs 24/7 with no way to switch it off.

Great place!

Location is great everything is so close. Apartment is super comfy and clean. Everything i needed they had. Communication with the staff was great. Angie and agency were so professional and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Could be proper holiday stay location and the host you never would want to deal with

Hidden charges, unfair communication from host. After stay, host claimed for dirty towels and bed sheets and deducted 80 eur from 100 eur deposit explaining that they cannot be washed. Also, applied late check out charge, which had no any grounds. After asking to provide any evidences (repots of laundering services, photos, payments for replacement etc.) host stayed silent and offered to claim it under booking policy and contract. One of the worst experiences in having engagement with holiday place host. Also, illegal cctv cameras are installed, we covered them with towels. Not sure, if they are turned on.
