Huge apartment great views easy access to city
Nothing - Note I did not see any air conditioning - fine early spring but may be. hot in summer.

It is really clean and cozy. Its like arriving to your own apartment in Valdivia, staff is great and always willing to help. But really, what I like the most is how well thought are most spaces in the room for doing some work or relaxing.
In the morning, the heater ran out of hot water. I think it is a small heater for two adult people or maybe it wasn’t full when we arrived. The check out is kind of early for the holidays (10:00 am), and they didn’t offer us a late checkout option, only paying for one more full night.

Windows on 3 sides of the apartment kept it bright and cheery. Modern style with a comfortable bed and functional living room. We would return.
Parking was just barely long enough for our car but could be tricky with a bigger car. An elevator would be nice but we managed ok with stairs.

Good value, walking distance to everything and well kept.
It is a cross the street from a bar that plays really loud live music until 0200.
