Inaceptable, decepcionante!

Avoid this agency. Two serious problems: first, they pressured us to pay €22 extra outside Booking.com, bypassing the platform’s protections. Second, the apartment we were given was 30 minutes away from the advertised location — completely different from what we booked. Misleading and unprofessional.
Very poor and dishonest experience — I would strongly advise against booking with this agency. First, they asked us to pay an extra €22 in cash outside the official Booking.com platform. This is against Booking.com’s policy and left us with no protection or proof of payment. Second, the apartment we actually received was 30 minutes away from the location advertised in the listing — completely different from what we booked and planned our trip around. The listing was misleading, the agency was unprofessional, and the whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
