Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, poorly managed, and far below expectations.

I booked this property three months in advance for the New Year period, expecting a smooth and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The building was very old, poorly maintained, and looked nothing like the modern, renovated property shown in the online photos. From the outside and inside, it felt unsafe and unmanaged. Finding the key was very difficult due to unclear instructions and took us nearly 30 minutes. Staff were unable to clearly explain where it was located. Even after finding the key, it took a long time to enter the room because the swipe card and door lock system did not work properly. At one point, the door could not be locked at all, which made us feel very uncomfortable leaving our belongings inside. On the second night, the air conditioning in one room stopped cooling completely and only functioned like a fan. The room had no windows or air circulation, making it extremely uncomfortable. We were told no technician was available that day and were asked to sleep through the night without air conditioning. The next day, repairs were poorly coordinated, with multiple technicians arriving separately for the same issue. Our personal contact number was shared without our consent, and our travel plans were disrupted while waiting in the room. In addition, water began leaking into the room from the floor above. We were eventually informed that the air conditioning could not be fully fixed during our stay and were offered a refund for the remaining nights on December 31, when finding alternative accommodation was almost impossible. Overall, the property was poorly managed, misleadingly advertised, and caused significant stress during what was meant to be a holiday trip.
