During daytime, the property is beautiful. Wonderful view, generous space. Covered parking space available.
We arrived by night (19.30 pm) in October, when it's already dark and had informed the host. All the area around the accommodation was completely dark, including the accommodation premises. We had to figure out by ourselves that the gate had a bolt that was supposed to be opened from the inside. There were many steep stairs not marked or lit in anyway to safely reach the house entrance (a flashlight was necessary). The oven did not work, there was only a sign in Greek in this respect and there were no microwaves. Probably it was indeed not listed in the house facilities, but I consider a minimum courtesy from the host to give us a heads up that there's nothing to eat in Kokkala and the house has no options to heat a meal besides the stove. Between the kitchen and the living room is a small 4 cm step not marked, which is not ergonomic and makes you stumble. As previously stated, if you arrive by day it's beautiful, but if you arrive by night outside the touristic season it is a nightmare. The wi-fi pwd is handwritten, has 16 characters, and the difference between capital and small letters is only in the size of the letter :-). We had a Peloponnese tour during this time and encountered 5 hosts that provided upfront all the info needed for tourists to feel comfortable in and out of the accommodations (all equally beautiful and with large sea-view terraces). Prosilion Kokkala was the only place where the host was very careful to tell us to remove our own trash, but didn't care at all for our comfort during our one night stay.
