Location was outstanding, right in the heart of Shinjuku but still very quiet and safe. The room had everything we needed for a short stay.
Room is quite small, but that wasn't a problem for us for a short stay, and the facilities were made very clear in the property description.

The location is excellent and the room is quiet.
The room lacks ventilation and hence a still damp smell, you need to keep the door open for freshness.
They should add windows that could be opened and have flyscreen.

"The area that we were in was very continent and a lot of places to see near the apartment. The room was also nice and spacious."
