Terrible not recommend

Avoid next time

Very disappointing stay. Parking was a constant headache, the beach was farther than expected and required a long walk, and the neighborhood did not feel very safe, especially in the evening. The room was extremely small, with the bed pushed against the wall and no windows. The “view” was basically toward a public school. It is difficult to understand how this is being presented as a luxury stay. Check-in was confusing and poorly organized. It took about 1 hour because we had to wait for someone to arrive, and they were delayed in traffic. Cancellation was not allowed despite all these issues. The room also had cleanliness problems: dirty spots on the blankets, dirty pillows, and a dirty living-room carpet. There were no towels at the pool, beach towels were unavailable after 6 PM, and there was no basic hair conditioner. Too many basic problems for one stay.

Beautiful and extremely clean with an unbeatable location and private beach access.

The apartment complex was beautiful and the unit itself was spotless. We loved the location, the private beach access for guests at 72 Park, and the great restaurant right at the bottom of the building; it made everything incredibly convenient. It was such a relaxing, easy stay, and we’d definitely come back!!!

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a great experience overall.
