Pulizia della struttura e gentilezza verso l'ospite
Che i receptionist non parlavano inglese e usavano sempre il traduttore ma sempre cortesi e pronti a risolvere e capire cosa si chiede, a disposizione sempre.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Great shower room and toilet room. All the expected facilities. Bed linen and beds clean and comfy (firm). Very clean sheets and towels. Good location a few blocks west of the Temple of Heaven and South of Tiananmen square.
Average breakfast selection. Early check in not available - we arrived on an early AM flight.

THE RECEPTIONIST STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT.
UNFORTUNATELY THERE WERE NO GOOD EATERIES IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA AND HAD TO WALK OR TRAVEL ABIT FURTHER AWAY.S
