Very new and modern
Very small and cramped. Impossible to eat at the table with 2 persons, no comfortable seating

The studio was very convenient for Madrid Chamartin station. Instructions for keyless entry were sent on time, were clear and worked perfectly. The studio was clean and offered everything we needed for our one night stay. Microwave and hot plate, cutlery and crockery provided. Cafes and bars nearby the next morning though mostly closed because of our late evening arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Facilities in the kitchen were good although we didn't use most of them. You could open the window for fresh air. The app keys worked.
The door was so thin you could hear every coming and going outside which meant continuous disturbance and early wake up.
The shower tap kept falling off and the towel rack was broken
