Wish we didn't choose this apartment

We booked 3 nights but after 1 night decided to leave and book into a hotel. Our experience: After a 5 hour plane trip, we arrived 8.30pm. We needed to pick up the keys from the Tobacconist. I couldn't see a parking tag attached and the person behind the counter had no idea. In the meantime I saw 10 groups of people purchase 'brown paper' bag cigarettes.
At the apartment building, we found the car park. Instructions did not include that the parking bay was on B2 level, just go down the ramp. We went down the ramp, but there was no mention of a second ramp. The parking bays were not sequential and I spent 40 minutes walking up and down B1 level looking for our parking bay while my husband went down to B2 looking for parking bay. Once in lift to apartment there was no mention it was level 5. We had to get off ground floor to look for signs to find what level our apartment was. 9.30pm we get to the apartment.
The air conditioner wasn't working. Additionally there was only one air conditioner in the main room, each bedroom did not have an air conditioner. Additionally the wifi code was incorrect. The blinds were not dark enough, with light in the morning. Description of both beds was incorrectly listed as 'large' double bed. One was only a 'double bed' and could not fit our two teenagers in it. They didn't sleep well, hot, close together, then early morning light coming into apartment. Booking.com site now states both queen. I have bed photo's. Also read the fine print - Airkeeper was managing the property. As we were only there 3 nights, after first night experience we had to make a call on whether to stay the last two nights on the hope that airconditioner would be fixed, and even if fixed the air wouldn't get to the bedrooms and we wouldn't be able to sleep well. We decided best to move out. Airkeeper, did fix the airconditioner, but wanted us to keep testing/trying/answering questions.
