Worst experience of my life

Nothing, had a horrible experience. Staff were friendly.

I had an awful stay in the place… some many things to point it out: 1. As soon as you arrive and get inside the building, the smell of “cigars” (🍁🚬) is everywhere, even inside our room for the whole night. So if you don’t like it or have kids, don’t recommend. 2. The entire place was FILTHYYY, top to bottom. I know for a fact that the flat wasn’t cleaned between guests, it was visible!! There was dog food on the floor, hair everywhere, dust, rest of food inside the kitchen sink, shower still with water marks in the glass after a use, sink tap all stained of water marks (probably after a use), toothpaste marks in the mirror, toilet carpets dirty (probably did not changed at all). 3. They did not provide linen or sheets, which for me it’s an absurd when you have a place that you rent for people. The bed upstairs had the duvet and pillows with no covers, and for the people that are staying in the sofa bed, there is another duvet and pillow inside of it, full of dust and spider webs! I had to sleep in the sofa (which was all stained with who the hell knows) with no sheets, no duvet and no pillow and was crazy cold all night. Maybe I’m being too picky, but I would not sleep where everyone else slept in with no sheet and was dirty, I’m sorry. 🤮 4. All towels were wet when we were going to take a shower. 5. The host says to put the key back in the locker after every use for the other guests to use the front door (the key lock is on the outside of the door)… but the door doesn’t close by itself from the inside, which means having the front door unlocked, and in our case it was almost midnight. I tried to contact the host and the other people in the building that the host said it could be of help, but nobody answered or opened the door. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this place, it doesn’t have the minimum parameters required for a rental to accommodate guests not even for 1 night.

On donne une note de 3 pour : 1 jeu de draps qui sentent bon et sont propres ; pour la machine à café et le fait qu’ils ont pensé à laisser un peu de sucre et quelques capsules. C’est sympa.

Pas propre di tout!!!! Une couche de poussière sur l’évier, le wc, les armoires… sans parler du sol ! ; 1 jeu de draps propres sur le lit, mais pas de draps pour le canapé lit (juste une couverture) ; On a réservé pour 3 et il n’y avait que 1 serviette de bain !….

Unbequem, unsauber, unehrlich.

Wir hatten das Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Die Couch konnte zum Schlafen zwar aufgeklappt werden, aber es befanden sich weder zwei zusätzliche Kissen noch zwei zusätzliche Decken noch ein großes Laken in dem Zimmer. Wir mussten die Nacht mit einem Handtuch bedeckt schlafen. Auf Nachfrage hat der Vermieter nur behauptet, es wären ausreichend Decken vorhanden gewesen. Eine Lüge. Im Hausflur stinkt es zusätzlich extrem und die Unterkunft war nicht wirklich sauber. Die Nachbarschaft war in der Nacht laut, viele Partys. Wer also einen erholsamen Schlaf bevorzugt, sollte hier nicht übernachten. Der Schlüssel zu der Wohnung befand sich in einem kleinen Schlüsselkasten vor der Haustür. Dieser Kasten war aber nur mit hohen Kraft zu öffnen. Wir dachten wir hätten einen falschen Code bekommen und versuchten den Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Keine Antwort. Also bemühten wir unsere Kraft und der Kasten ging auf. Alles in allem eine negative Erfahrung. Wir raten davon ab, hier zu schlafen.

Szépen berendezett, jól felszerelt szállás, kiváló elhelyezkedés

Nem volt melegvíz, bár megszereltem a bojlert, utána már jól működött. A takarítás nem volt elég alapos. Három főre foglaltam, de ágynemű csak két főre volt bekészítve.

Het verblijf is heel dicht bij de luchthaven van Charleroi en dus handig als je een vroege vlucht hebt. Er is parking in de buurt. We hadden het bericht niet goed gelezen dat de host had gestuurd direct na de boeking, maar daar stond de code voor het bakje met de sleutel bij de voordeur in. Toen we belden deed er eerst niemand open, maar toen werd een kwartier later op berichten naar het gsm nummer van de host dat we aan de deur stonden en een code misten wel snel gereageerd.

We hadden een kamer voor 3 geboekt, er was een 2-persoonsbed en een slaapbank. De slaapbank was niet opgemaakt bij aankomst en we moesten op zoek naar lakens in de kast. Die lakens lagen er wel. De bank slaapt behoorlijk hard.
