About this villa rental
Olive trees and fruit trees adorn the trees that provide shade for this traditional Apulian estate. The white, rocky walls are reflected in the saltwater pool, and the outdoor areas feature plenty of seating along with spaces for table tennis, foosball, and volleyball. The contemporary design makes the restoration of these centuries-old trulli unique; the large windows flood the villa with light. It is a short drive from restaurants in the town of Ceglie Messapica.
The Space
BEDROOM and BATHROOM
• Bedroom 1 - Trullo with Canopy: king-size bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower and freestanding tub
• Bedroom 2 - Trullo with Alcove: king-size bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower and rock-set whirlpool tub
• Bedroom 3: king-size bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower
• Bedroom 4: king-size bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower
Guest access
All bedrooms are double rooms, accommodating two guests per room.
Double rooms for single occupancy incur an extra charge of €50 per day per guest
Bedrooms that are not occupied—because there are no guests—will remain locked, as they are independent buildings. Of course, the rest of the villa will be for the exclusive use of the guests
Both trulli (Alcova and Baldacchino) are connected to the living — living room and kitchen — via the outdoor patio, as is typical of traditional Apulian rural homes.
The Alcova trullo (photo: bedroom 1 – bathroom 4) does not have a door between the bathroom and the sleeping area, as is typical of centuries-old trulli.
Use of the electric car charging station is subject to a fee (25€/day)
The villa does not have a public water supply; it has a 15,000-liter tank. The tank is always full at check-in. There is a red reserve light in the kitchen. If you need to refill the water tank during your stay, the cost is €50
High chair and crib available for €10 per day each
