Nestled within a century-old olive grove, we are offering this 250 m² country house set on nearly 3,500 m² of land. On the first floor: a large living room opening onto a terrace, bedroom #4 with a double bed (160 cm), bedroom #5 with a double bed (140 cm), a large bedroom #6 with two single beds or one double bed, a bedroom #7 with a double bed (160 cm) without air conditioning but equipped with a ceiling fan, and a shower room.
Three parking spaces on the property complete the listing. The property is equipped with fiber-optic internet. An electric griddle is available outdoors.
The country house is in a quiet location, deep in the countryside with a few neighbors nearby. It is therefore essential to preserve the peace and quiet of the surroundings. If anyone wishes to listen to music, the volume must not disturb the neighbors and must remain very reasonable. The forest and walking trails are right next to the house. The beautiful village of Saint-Cezaire is only 5 km away, where you’ll find all the shops you need (bank, pharmacy, artisanal ice cream shop, restaurants, supermarket, local market on Saturdays, etc.)
