Breakfast was included which was great and thoroughly enjoyable plus there is one of the best pizza shops on the ground floor! parking was great too in a private courtyard within the building. The shared kitchen was fine however some guest helped themselves to some of our private provisions! So be warned LOL Our reason for staying was to visit Monte Cassino Abbey and this location was perfect just a short drive away. The apartment also had a large balcony which we enjoyed some specular views from. Would recommend for a short stay.
My only gripe is the two flights of stairs to the property fine if you fit and young but as a 67 year old with struggling mobility I found it a but of an issue otherwise everything else was satisfactory

Air con, spacious rooms, breakfast, value for money, prompt and helpful responses to our communication.
A separate bathroom, parking

Massive rooms with high ceilings, very clean and modern, powerful shower and very handy for the centre of Cassino and Montecassino
The AC in the kids bedroom struggled to keep up with the heat

The location is good for visiting Monte Cassino, which was my reason for staying there. The property is about a 15 minute walk from the station.
For some reason I had two rooms available to me even though I thought I'd only booked one. There is no one there to speak to so as the keys are hanging outside the rooms, I just chose one. The huge bathroom was across the hall from the room, which was expected, but it didn't have a shower. It only had a bath with a short shower head that you had to hold, and no curtain so you couldn't stand up and shower. Life's too short to mess on like that so I gave it a miss. Unfortunately there was also a loose toilet seat that slid around when you sat on it, big pet hate of mine. Breakfast was self service and nice enough, there was a coffee machine, but no instructions on how to use it so that was disappointing.
