Here, just 50 meters from the fine sandy beach, you’ll find a perfect blend of modern comfort and North German charm. With 37 m² of space, this apartment can accommodate up to three people—ideal for couples or small families looking to enjoy the beauty of the Baltic Sea coast.
The apartment features a tastefully furnished bedroom and an open-concept living area with a sleeper sofa, perfect for cozy evenings. The living area is equipped with a modern induction kitchen that offers everything you need to prepare your meals. Here you’ll find an oven with a built-in microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Two TVs and free Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment.
One of the highlights of the apartment is the private balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Built-in floor heating provides additional comfort, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on cooler days. The apartment is smoke-free, and thanks to the fly screens, the interior remains cozy and free of insects even in the summer.
