A semi-detached house, divided into two identical apartments, fully furnished (you’ll just need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels). The apartment features spacious outdoor areas, including a front porch where you can enjoy breakfast and a backyard barbecue area where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors. The villa is located in a very quiet area, free from noise pollution, from which you can reach the beach with a 10-minute walk (5-minute drive). Once you arrive, you’ll have the wonderful Ionian coastline at your disposal, with low cliffs alternating with stretches of fine sand and a sea you’ll find hard to forget.
The “2 ALEX” apartment features outdoor space on three sides, a parking spot, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a spacious entryway and living room, a kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It’s also suitable for two families (relatives or friends) or groups of people. One bedroom sleeps 5, while the other sleeps 4 and has an en-suite bathroom; the living room features two double sofa beds.


Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 8:30 AM. Also ideal for two families or groups of friends. Pets are welcome.
