You’ll be surprised by how quiet the apartment is—a true oasis in a lively part of downtown Rome, thanks in part to the new soundproof windows that keep street noise at bay.

You’ll also appreciate the stunning view of the famous Via del Corso and Villa Borghese, one of Rome’s oldest gardens.

The apartment is located in the best and most elegant part of downtown Rome, a 5-minute walk from Rome’s finest shops, such as Prada, Gucci, and Bulgari.

Most of Rome’s famous landmarks are within easy walking distance. The Spanish Steps and the Ara Pacis are 5 minutes away, the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain are 15 minutes away, Piazza Navona is 20 minutes away, and the Roman Forum and St. Peter’s Basilica are 30 minutes away. Walks to these famous sites will be an incredible experience, taking you past a series of famous and important historic buildings and churches.

The Flaminio central metro station is also a five-minute walk away. The Piazza di Spagna metro station is also very close, no more than seven minutes from the apartment.

There is a small Carrefour supermarket on Via Vittoria, four blocks from the apartment, as well as other grocery stores (known as “alimentari”) just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

Just a few blocks from the apartment is Villa Borghese, a large, historic park filled with greenery, ancient statues, and centuries-old trees. The park is a great asset for families with children, sports enthusiasts, and those looking for romantic strolls.

Upon your arrival, we’ll provide you with an extensive list of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy good food and drinks. Some of them are less than a five-minute walk from the apartment, while to reach others, you’ll get to experience the nightlife among Rome’s historic buildings.

If needed, we can also arrange a transfer to and from the airport upon your arrival and departure.
