I arrived at the start of the season, so had the hostel room all to myself! A couple of people came and went during my stay, but I'm mostly on my own. There are other people in the hostel, but in other rooms. It's as if they spread us out, which is great. The bathroom is split into toilet, sink, and shower rooms. Use what you need at the moment. You can always use another floor, if needed. As others have mentioned, the free breakfast is great: toast, made to order eggs, fresh fruit. There are pastries throughout the day, as tea and coffee. Next day return laundry service is currently 40 THB/kg, same as elsewhere. Very convenient. Comes back pressed and folded.
There could be a couple of more hooks in the shower. Aircon is from 4 PM to 10 AM, which may be a problem for people who like to hang in the room. There are no big lockers for backpacks/luggage, but there are small ones for valuables in the hall.
