About this house rental
In the beautiful new building "Meerwunder," you'll find approximately 90 m² spread over two floors, which are modern and lovingly furnished.
On the first floor, next to the guest restroom, you’ll find the open and bright kitchen-living room with access to the terrace and the fenced-in garden. As a special highlight, in addition to the gas fireplace, there’s also a barrel sauna for a relaxing vacation.
Entertainment is provided by a large smart TV in the living area, a Nintendo Wii, and an internet radio with a voice assistant and the ability to use streaming services like Spotify.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with its own TV. The bathroom, featuring a bathtub and a washer-dryer, is also located here.
Outside, you’ll find a parking space and a lockable shed that can accommodate up to 4 bicycles (with outlets for charging e-bikes), and the Meerwunder house also has a fiber-optic internet connection.
For our guests, we offer a fenced-in garden as well as direct access to the private beach on the Wangermeer. The quiet sandy beach with its picturesque reed-lined shore—ideal for relaxing—is accessible via a short path behind the garden and is used exclusively by the residents and guests of the community.
The beach area is secured by a locked gate to ensure privacy. You’ll receive the key upon arrival. This allows you to get from the garden directly to the beach conveniently and easily.
