About this apartment rental
Completely refurbished vacation bungalow with a fenced-in yard in a beautiful panoramic location, featuring parking directly in front of the house; a wood-burning stove and satellite TV in the living room; a patio, yard, and grill; and a new kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and electric kettle. Shower/toilet, 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own toilet and blackout blinds. The three bathrooms are newly equipped, and the vacation home features a washing machine. Especially for children: a high chair, crib, and stair gate can be booked free of charge; free parking, free Wi-Fi, and use of local buses and trains are included. Right in the village, you’ll find a country inn with its own butcher shop and terrace beer garden, a small pizzeria, a hotel restaurant with a beer garden, and a bakery with a breakfast corner. The bike path and walking trails are accessible directly from the vacation homes. There is also a gas station with an auto repair shop right on site. Across from the church is a small EDEKA “Ums Eck” grocery store, where you can buy everything you need for daily shopping. It also offers fresh rolls on Sundays. Check-in is between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 9:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: Community tax of EUR 0.50 per person per night. Utility costs are charged based on consumption: gas, electricity, and water. Security deposit: EUR 100.00. Upon departure, the cleaning staff will inspect the property. If you plan to leave before 9:00 a.m., please let us know, and an earlier inspection can be arranged. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 3.80 EUR per pet per night. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Payment method: Bank transfer due 3 days before arrival. You’ll check in directly at the vacation properties; on the back of the building There is a small reception area at the back of the apartment building where everything will be prepared for you (a note with the key code for the safe and all important guest information; guest cards and other items are also already waiting for you in the vacation home). Please enter the following as your arrival address: Am Kellerberg 91, 93499 Zandt, and walk around the building or up the stairs to the reception desk at the back of the apartment building.
